Security
WalletFlow is designed around clear choices, limited access and honest explanations—without vague ‘bank-grade’ promises.

Database access rules are designed so signed-in customers can only access records associated with their own account or household permissions.
Passwords are handled through WalletFlow’s authentication provider rather than stored as readable text by the application.
You can use WalletFlow by entering information yourself. Connecting a bank is an optional feature, not a condition of using the planner.
Where you choose to use connected services, specialist providers support authentication, optional banking and payments. These providers are disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
WalletFlow provides ways to export your information and permanently request account deletion, subject to limited legal retention obligations.
Your choices
WalletFlow can be useful without access to a bank account. If you do choose an optional connection, the purpose is to help import and reconcile financial information—not to remove your control over the plan.
If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us privately with enough detail to investigate. Do not include passwords or sensitive financial information in the first email.
