Yes. Record your fortnightly payday, then add bills on their actual due dates. WalletFlow also supports weekly, monthly and annual income, custom intervals and known one-off payments. Each income source has its own schedule. If you are paid twice a month rather than every 14 days, use two monthly income entries with different dates.
Free lets you track up to 5 incomes, 10 expenses and 3 debts, with forecasts, reports and household sharing included. Pro removes those entry limits and adds full-account CSV and JSON export. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro on the house, then drops to the Free plan automatically (no card on file, nothing to cancel).
WalletFlow uses encrypted HTTPS connections and account-level database access controls. You can export or delete your data, and WalletFlow does not sell personal information. See the Privacy Policy for the service providers used to operate the app.

The web app works on current iPhone and Android browsers and can be added to the home screen. Our native Android app is available through an Australian closed beta for adults using Android 8 or newer. Choose Android beta in the navigation for the tester group and Google Play opt-in steps.
Yes. Household sharing is included — invite a partner or family member with read-only or editor access.

WalletFlow is built in Australia, with planning that suits household costs such as rego, council rates and insurance renewals. You can also use it elsewhere and choose your currency and timezone in Settings.
WalletFlow is a budgeting app that combines the income, bills, debt repayments and spending you record into a cash flow forecast. It helps you see the timing of upcoming commitments alongside your balance. The result is an estimate based on your entries, rather than a guarantee of what you can spend.
Work through paydays, household bills and debt with examples you can adapt.
